Gregory J. Pereira, MPA 

President & CEO

Gregory received his undergraduate degree in human services and graduate degree in Public Administration and has utilized his personal and educational experiences to provide effectual training.

Gregory has extensive work experience in key management positions for a number of community based organizations in areas of HIV prevention, leadership development, young adult education, harm reduction, substance use/abuse, SUNY Health & Safety training, Department of Motor Vehicle DWI Programming, CPR and First Aid.

Milka Morales - Pereira

Director of Operations

Milka has worked for prestigious organizations, such as The New York Academy of Medicine, Services for the Under-served, New York Harm Reduction Educators, Inc., the Bronx Defenders, Banana Kelly Improvement Association, HANDS program and Project Achieve.

Through her work experience she has learned and then taught community outreach engagement, finding and recruiting hard to reach populations, conducting community assessments and providing training to community members in First Aid/CPR & AED.

Diane Shirley- Wright

Leading Facilitator of School Age Care Credential for Directors

Shirley- Wright is an accomplished and revered trainer with the New York State Training and Technical Assistance Professional Development Specialist for School age.

She has earned certifications for Health and Safety: Competencies for Day Care Center & School- Age Child Care Program Staff; American Heart Association; and the American Red Cross. Shirley- Wright has used her vast experience to lead trainings across the nation and is also the founder of DS Health and Safety Trainings, Inc that provide Integrative Nutrition Health coaching and Fitness trainings to children and adults.

Mr. Derrick Horton, LMSW, CASAC

Impaired Driver Instructor and an Alcohol Education Program Facilitator. 

Mr. Horton is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey and has utilized his experience and education in directing all operations for numerous outpatient substance abuse clinics. In addition, he has managed several SAMSHA Criminal Justice & Re-entry grants and additionally managed supportive housing programs for HASA patients. He currently holds the position as the Substance Use Disorder Social Work Specialist at the James J. Peters Veterans Administration Medical Center in the Bronx, NY.
